The House

The Villa sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms -

Ground floor. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hop, fan oven. Plenty of cooking utensils, pans and crockery. Down 2 steps - split level, open plan lounge with it's 3 sofas (1 of which is a double sofa bed, suitable for 2 children or small adults) TV, CD player, games and books, dining area with it's sea view and 2 french doors which take you out into the garden. From the lounge there is a small corridor with the door into the utility room with it's sink and washing machine. Following on finds you in a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, family bathroom with WC, bath and shower and finally the double bedroom.

Up the spiral staircase on the 1st floor landing, left into a twin room with 2 single beds and a magnificent panoramic view of the ravine, mountains and sea. The Master bedroom with it's en-suite shower room has it's own private balcony with bistro table and 2 chairs, overlooking the pool, with ravine and sea views.

All main rooms have Air Conditioning units.

All linen, including bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided. We also supply Beach/Pool towels for our guests to use.

Each bedroom has it's own hair drier, wardrobe and storage space.

The Garden

Villa DeloMoore sits at the top of the bustling village, Esentepe, Northern Cyprus. With some of the best views in the area. Uninterrupted sea view from the side of it's private swimming pool, which is not overlooked. To the side is the lovely ravine, the floor of which is covered with pine forest, walk round the front to see the backdrop of the Besemark mountains.

The road behind the villa is a no through road, so absolutely no passers by! A double gate welcomes you down into the paved drive, surrounded by various plants and palms, down some steps, past barbeque and you are pool side. The 4 x 8 metre pool is surrounded by patio containing more than enough sunbeds, parasols and an outside shower. Keep on walking towards the sea and you will arrive at the top of some stairs which take you down to the lower, terrace. This terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, plus 3 gorgeous hanging, egg chairs, perfect area for reading, snoozing and watching the sunset early evening.

There's another terrace, which is out front of the 2 set of French doors, overlooking the pool, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast. To the other side of the house is a seating area and another table which overlooks the ravine, excellent spot for bird watching.
